Zachary Jaydon: The Scams we know about

*Forging Autographs EBay scam
In 2006 he ran an EBay scam: Zachary also had an ebay scam which I unfortunately don't have the link to but I know other people do. He forged autographs on items of famous people and sold them as authentic. Bledsoe had to refund the money.

*Stealing cell phones abd valuables from Bledsoe fans
From the original post: For starters one source was hanging out with the 2 boys when her cell phone went missing. Months later she mentioned it to Ben and he found it in a bag of cell phones Zachary had...
He also stole other things from several people: "He stole money, watches, electronics, cell phones, and lots of other little things like that. Several sources have experienced it and can verify it."

*Stealing $1200 from a Bledsoe fan
From the original post: She loaned Zachary $1200 for Bledsoe's German promotion trip in October 06. I told her after I heard the story it was insane: she had given him cash, no written agreement, and took his word. Zachary played the same game with her he did me...then all of a sudden started declaring that Ben knew about the money (she said he had never been told it was between her and Zachary) and he owed it to her or that she had given it or him as a gift...his story likes to change.

*Stealing my own money
From the never happened recording session, this is my original post on it: When I had my above mentioned recording session Zachary had to schedule it. The details were sketchy and my witness can vouch we almost didn't get to do it at all (it was rescheduled several times). Ben did all the work and Zachary would run in and out of the room acting all annoyed. He'd shout something and leave again. It was quite obvious he didn't like me or my music and Ben really didn't seem to care less...he was working and he was an AMAZING producer for the record (I thought very highly of his professionalism). Well we got one song done and the agreement was 2. Soon after Ben's infamous little London/Germany trips started (the ones where the pics were taken) and my session (which I was going through Zachary for) was never rescheduled before he moved. Zachary owed me (by his own mouth) half my money back. He said he sent it and they went to Germany...it never came.

He said 3-4 times he sent it. I knew something was up by then. He even claimed when they got back home that the check had been returned to sender and it was all mashed up like a mail machine ate it. I was like 'uh huh'...that was November 06 and I decided Id never get my money back. I didn't talk to him again til February when he wrote me pissed that I had wrote Ben and telling me all his side of the scandal. It all seemed fishy. That was the last I heard from him.

*Stealing as a waiter
Another Zachary scam involved a restaurant he worked in 2006. He liked to double charge credit cards and take the money for himself.

*Stealing from Bledsoe
From the original post: "Now back to where we are. He stole a lot of things from Ben after the LA move and they had a falling out late 06/early 07. That's when all this started. He stole the sex pics and got into cahoots with Ashlee Tripp over them. Both are wannabes: shes a wannabe model/actress who likes the attention and hes just a plain fame whore. Ben has very little fame in the US WHY would any Americans care? If you read JJ's blog comments its clear who's commenting: Zachary under several identities, Ben's friends, and Ben's family. They are the only people who gives a shit." The photos were the racy photos, but no video exists and the German Paris Hilton wasn't involved.

*Teaming with Close to Home
Done with Bledsoe, Jaydon teamed with a band called Close to Home, faking their accomplishments, giving themselves high page views, and all around general douchebaggery. A former friend of the band informs me they were well aware of Close to Home's fraud, and weren't surprised Close to Home was so cuddly with Jaydon, commenting, "Hey, I know close to home. They've been doing this stuff since way before they knew anyone named Zachary Jayden. They probably convinced him to do it. I am 100% sure that Close to Home knows all of his lies, and have just as many as him. It's really really funny, but is getting to be some pretty serious stuff. These guys spend 8 hours a day creating fake success. Before myspace bots existed, they would sit on the computer and refresh for hours and hours at a time. They have more plays on myspace than Yellowcard and Slick Shoes combined, yet they claim to have only sold 5000 cds. It shows me how sick people can be to try to make money and fame"

Close to Home left me a bunch of bitchy emails, but they eventually peetered off. Probably working at Subway now.
